Bartolo-Cheng Nuptials.. Toot! Toot!

After over a week of turn over of documents, meetings, and more and more calls from my dear client Cheng, I was able to pull everything through for her wedding. It was simple yet elegant wedding. We stayed at the hotel since Friday night to help her prepare everything.

One of the busiest month in the wedding industry is December. Couples just love to get married by this time of the year. The weather is great, it’s cool, plus it has the spirit of Christmas.

This December is such a blessing for us. M&U Events Planning and Direction (my own company) hasn’t been in the wedding industry for so long, but is blessed to have clients who trusts us and believe in what we can do.

A week from now, my team & I will be coordinating Jun & Cheng’s wedding. Jun is a doctor while Cheng owns the Cheng Body Care Salon Co. in Greenhills. I haven’t met Jun personally but from the photos Cheng showed me, I believe he’s one great guy, especially for Cheng.. The wedding will take place in Sanctuario de San Antonio Catholic Church, and then the reception will be held at Edsa Shangri-La Hotel.

Toot! Toot!

Ooops! Just my 3rd post for the Tuesday Toot! Why? I keep forgetting the things I should be doing. Tsk. Tsk. Tsk. So what are my accomplishments this week?

Since I’m forgetting everything that’s important, I decided to write a To-Do list. And of course, I should remember to do at least one thing I have on the list..

To do:

1. Draft a Christmas shopping list — DONE!
2. Shop for Christmas presents.. Shop.. Shop.. Till my pocket drops! (Ouch!)
3. Submit selected wedding photos & MP3s to Smart Shot Studio (it’s been a year since the wedding, you know..) — DONE!
4. Submit processing requirements to Pathland Development Corporation (hello! should be 3 months ago!)
5. Re-new passport
6. Apply for US Visa

See, it’s not that bad. At least I’ve been able to accomplish some of them. That’s really something, don’t you think?
